Our employees participated in the “INACOME Business Contest 2024” in the idea category and received the “Excellence Award” and “NTT Agri-Technology Award” for their presentation “Capsule Tea Project – Redefining the Future of Japanese Tea Globally”.
The INACOME Business Contest 2024 is a pitch contest that invites a wide range of ideas for solving problems and creating new businesses in rural areas.
With domestic demand for tea declining year by year, we aim to revitalize the tea industry and develop capsules that allow people to enjoy authentic Japanese tea easily with a single push, even overseas, using existing capsule-type machines that have a certain percentage of market ownership. We will work to fuse the traditions of Kagoshima, a tea-producing region, with cutting-edge technology, while adapting to overseas tastes.
